• Provide business development consulting and business planning consulting for NA high-tech companies
  • Work closely with business owners in new business development, key accounts management, tendering and deal closing, with track record success of increasing sales revenue by 100% in a year.
  • Research and analyze target industries to develop product and market strategy for market specific opportunities and evaluate market position and potential on target vertical markets.
  • Develop regional tactical business plan, sales and marketing strategies, and sales forecasts for production planning.
  • Propose to business owners and executives, and plan, coordinate and carry out marketing activities including workshops and tradeshows.
  • Maintain and strengthen a strong business tie with distributors by living and breathing their routine, understanding their business objectives, providing intense product and sales training, and motivating their sales teams to promote client’s product line in lieu of other vendors’.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with industry opinion leaders by updating with new product release, inviting them to speak for our clients in tradeshows and industry conferences, and helping them with editorial writing.
  • Refine and enhance reference sites by offering extensive hands-on training, sharing industry information, and addressing their business needs.
  • Work closely with clients’ product team and recommend product feature investments for target markets, and evaluate customer needs of target markets to support core competency design.
